What we please ask of you:

Please cancel your appointment if you:
1) are not feeling well, have a fever, cough, or any symptoms related to COVID- 19.
2) have been exposed to anyone diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus within 14 days of your appointment.

No cancellation fees will be charged, even if it is last minute.

Please do not arrive early to your appointment, as we are being very diligent in how we schedule clients to minimize how many people are in the salon at one time.

Please do not bring any guests with you to the salon, unless they are also receiving a scheduled salon service.

You will be required to wear a mask at all times in the salon, we will provide a disposable mask to you at our station to replace your personal mask. This will protect us and keep your personal mask from getting hair and/or hair color on it.

What you can expect from us:

We have temporarily rearranged our schedule in order to limit the amount of clients in the salon at any given time.

If multiple clients are in the salon at one time, they will be seated and serviced 6 feet apart.

We will be wearing a mask at all times. We will also be using disposable gloves for every color client, no gloves will be reused across clients.

Stations, shampoo chairs and the dryer area will be sanitized in between every client. Common areas such as the front desk, waiting area, bathroom and door handles will be sanitized regularly throughout the day.

The salon will continue to be professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.

Every client will be draped with a fresh, clean cutting cape as well as be provided with a disposable mask.

All shears, clippers, brushes and combs will continue to be sanitized in between every client.

All magazines will be removed from the salon, in an effort to eliminate the transfer of the virus from one client to another.

We will provide contactless credit card checkout, so that only you will be touching your credit card.

While this list may seem daunting, please know we are doing everything we can to provide a safe environment for you as we reopen our doors. We appreciate your understanding and we look forward to providing you a relaxing experience at Yeimi's.
